Worldwide Net Solutions offers an opportunity for individuals or businesses to promote a web site designed by Worldwide Net Solutions to direct traffic to the site and earn compensation based on said traffic to site.

1. Worldwide Net Solutions Operates:
1.1 Upon sign-up you will be provided with complete easy to follow instructions on how to promote and generate traffic to the site.

2. Site Promoter Obligations:
2.1 Promoter is solely responsible for promoting the site only. Nothing more. The offshore casino handles all other transactions and responsibilities.

3. Rights Granted:
3.1 Worldwide Net Solutions grants to promoter rights to use graphics or any other material owned by Worldwide Net Solutions for the sole purpose of marketing and promoting. The promoter may not alter or modify the web site without the prior permission of Worldwide Net Solutions.

3.2 Worldwide Net Solutions grants to Promoter a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, during the term of this Agreement, to use graphics, including banners, and other intellectual properties (hereinafter "marks") owned by Worldwide Net Solutions for the sole purpose of marketing, advertising and promoting Worldwide Net Solutions Sponsors' Site(s). The Promoter may not alter or modify the web site, link, banner, or graphic, or any other marks, in any way, without the prior written permission of Worldwide Net Solutions. The license herein granted shall automatically and immediately cease upon the termination of this Agreement.

3.3 The rights granted herein shall be for reasonable, appropriate and lawful use, only.

4. Promoter Compensation:
The promoter will receive 25% to 40% of the net loss of everyone that goes to their site as an advertising fee for promoting said site. Payments are issued 30 days from the launch of the site and every 30 days thereafter.

5. Representations and Warranties:
5.1 You, as Promoter, warrant and represent that you advertise or Promote a lawful, and otherwise valid Internet web Site. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement. You shall indemnify Worldwide Net Solutions and its owners, employees and assigns against any loss, damage, liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any Worldwide Net Solutions materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:
Worldwide Net Solutions MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LINK OR THE CONTENT OF Worldwide Net Solutions's SPONSORS' SITE(S) AND Worldwide Net Solutions EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
